For Vienna, my tips would be: visit "the Ring", the Schonnbrunn Castle, there is a lot of history, art and culture in that city.
For Budapest, in my opinion the most beautifull city in Europe:
Shopping: Westend city centre, a huge mall located by the Nyugati Railway station
Sightseeing: Margaret island, Parliament building (inside and out), Buda Castle, the Citadel, Heroes Square.
You will definetely have a lot of fun, nice ittinerary.
I can't give you any tipe about Ljubliana, I just drove through it twice, but I hope you will get some help from other users concerning it.
Have a lot of fun

Just been to Ljubljana couple of months ago and I have to say I had a blast! Everybody speaks English, you can pick up free info leaflets on the airport or railway station. City centre is small, but beautiful, don't miss old town and Ljubljana castle. It's great for shopping too!
