I wish to run 40 kms daily without tiredness and above all I want that my sleeping hours must not increase due to this tiredness.I heard that if I increase hemoglobin upto14 in blood then it is possible to study without dozing even after playing physical strenuous games n all. I wish to sleep only 6 hours a day since I am student, very busy in workload

Let's see now ... how to cheat at sports ... ?

Blood doping
Take out a sample of your blood and store it
Take out some more and store it
etc.
Before you need to run - take the stored samples and put it back into you ... that'll boost your hemoglobin

Erythropoeitin
This (rather expensive) hormone tells your bone marrow to make more red blood cells

The honest way - high altitude training. Acclimatizing to high altitude will give you more red blood cells the natural way. Pity it is too time consuming for you, who can't even look this up for yourself!

Well it is possible if you get a mexican prescription for erythropoietin but its dangerous too; your blood gets too sticky and at workout stages yoy could end up w/clots and strokes. Don't go for it.

ps B supplements wont do a thing for either you hemoglobin levels or your metabolism if your are a well-fed normal person.

you probably aren't eating/drinking enough while on your run... increase your B vitamin supplements, and try to eat while running (like GU or Hammer Gel).
