Hi there...I too am 7mths and feel like crap. The heartburn has been the worst. You can take Maalox, Mylanta, Tums, Pepcid Ac or Gaviscon. It helps. I usually drink a little caffiene for my headaches instead of taking too much tylenol. It seems to help. Being tired is also normal at this stage. You gain energy during your second trimester but when you hit the third, the fatigue comes back. The only thing that helps me is to nap. Sounds simple but everytime I am a little tired, I go lay down for a little bit....even if I don't fall asleep, just laying down for awhile really helps. I hope all this helps and Congradulations!! Just a little longer.

yes. or at least for me it was. just get some rest and try not to stress your self out. most of the time your headaches are from to much on your mind, or not eating right. you pick. but if you are tiered them take a nap. even a 10 minute nap will help. the baby is taking you energy so you have to billed it up. that's why they say to eat fruits and veggie. try eating peanut butter to.

I would call your doctor. It may be normal but why take a chance. I don't remember feeling that way with my pregnancies but everyone is different. It also might have something to do with whatever you had to eat last night. Play it safe and call the doctor.

Yes, those are some of the fun things we get to experience in late pregnancy. Don't worry, it does go away :)

A word of advice - see your doctor.

It might be something like pre-eclampsia and might be threatining to the health of your unborn baby and yourself.
