Can anyone tell me if there are any legitimate work at home jobs?

I really want and need to work. but right now I am having some physical difficulties that make it almost imossible for me to stand on my feet for more than about 3 hours. I see so many things about medical transcripting and even paid surveys. Are they legitimate? I really like to work and need something to get me through at least a few months until this medical problem is resolved. Thanks for any help.
