Assuming you're a woman, as this question is in women's health, I say more power to ya!!! Masturbation is normal, it's a great outlet for fustration, can't get diseases, and the mad rush of endorphens at orgasm is great!!
A disadvantage howeve is, if you're married and your sex life is suffering because of your masturbation. If that's happening, then bring that part of your sexuality into your bedroom with your partner.

No need to woory. the frequency wont be problematic to you. Masturbation wont cause harm to the body, but in over conditions the semen may loose the quality.

Do it until you get bored and don't worry about wasting.Don't overdo~this is the only disadvantage.
