I wonder what you mean by "control". Throw away that word - it complicates the issue, and makes your very normal need to jerk-off sound like a runaway disease.

The only time you need to worry about "controlling" it is when it interferes in your normal life: earning a living, studying, writing examinations, doing the shopping, meeting with your friends, having a good time (and a sexual time) with your boy/girl friend. If you just cannot answer the telephone because you just HAVE to run into the bathroom to pluck it, then, yes, you can start talking about some therapy -- because that's obsession. But, in that case, it's the OBSESSION that needs to be "controlled", not the jerking off.

You are presumably young. You are presumably healthy. You are male. You have, obviously, a fully functional dick. You obviously do not have a sex partner (because you are young, or your family is always hanging around you, or your religion forbids it, or because you haven't found the "right" person, or because you are shy).

All young, healthy males who possess a fully functional dick masturbate anything from 1 to 10 times a 24 hr day. Some guys can jerk-off that many times in an hour.

There is no average -- some guys are terribly randy and need to jerk-off often. Others have a lower libido and don't need to do it so often.

The warnings against jerking-off throughout history have always been based on lack of understanding about how the male body functions, superstition, repressive religious beliefs, tribal customs, social manners and outright quackery.

Many women recoil at the thought of male masturbation because it is, in a way, a rejection of their femininity. Many men recoil at talking about it, because it is, in a way, an indication that the person involved is not "out there" getting all the sex partners he can lay his hands on, and is, as a result, less of a man.

But just because certain societies (and most religions) do not accept masturbation, that does not mean it is bad, that something will happen to you, or that it needs to be controlled. Certain societies consider ripping out a girl's clitoris to be very good for marriage, for child-rearing, for cleanliness, for morality, for adulthood -- but, to other societies, it is the most barbaric practice. Don't worry about what "society" says: "society" can be VERY wrong.

Jerking-off is a normal pressure-release system. It is just the "manual" version of a wet-dream. These things are there to make you feel comfortable, to prepare your genital organs for procreation. It is there to be accepted and enjoyed, not agonized and wept over!

6 get out of your house or room more oftern
7. cancel yor playboy channels
8 throw away your porn magzines
9 find a job if you don't have one

it is normal to mastubate but over mastubating is a sgin of depressinon, lonliness or something else

Excessive masturbation is a habit like any other habit. When you find yourself starting to think about it, immediately turn your mind to something else preferably something that is very difficult for you so that it takes all of your attention. Do that every time and you will break the habit.

1. First decide ur self u r not going to do that.
2. Do exercise; lift weight; cylcing etc.
3. Away from porn etc.

I don't think you should try to controll yourself. it is fine and perfecly natural. if you really need to then occupy yourself try to play video games (do not whatch tv because you may find yourself going at it) I reccomend masturbating as long as it's not more than two times a day

try using a brillo pad whenever you feel the urge to rub one out. you'll quit that **** quick :P
