if you're OK with it and he likes it, what's the difference? You have pheremones in your armpits (and groin) and if it turns him on, so much the better.
On the foot kissing thing, make sure he washes your feet first, especially if he's going to be kissing anything else afterwards (like your mouth or your genitals). He'd probably get into washing them too.
As far as fetishes go, as long as you both are cool with it - it's OK. (and you don't have to tell everyone if you don't want to, either)

Perhaps a bit unusual, but different strokes for different folks. Anything that the two of you can agree on and enjoy is fine. It's not sick or preverted at all.

I have never heard of that one -- but if it bothers you, ask him not to do it. I don't know if I would call it weird or not, but I have never encountered anyone who was into armpits. I guess if you enjoy it and you are not ticklish, it would be up to your own personal feelings.
