Anybody else fed up with talking about Israel.... we have?

other issues going on and I think they are trying to distract us.

Israel is a big boy... they are going to do what they are going to do.

We have troops dieing, uninsured citizens dieing because they can't afford a doctor or medicine, elderly choosing to buy medicine instead of groceries, gay prices out the whazoo, industries dieing due to outsourcing and the global market, big brother watching our bank accounts.. listening to our telephone conversations, New Orleans still looks like hurricane Katrina hit last week, etc..

We are losing our entire way of life. Isn't that what we are told that our troops are fighting for but what are we doing? We are talking about Israel.

Come on!!!!! Let's get focused here!!

You know this is sort of like the 04 elections, when all the talk was about Iraq and not what was going on here at home . We are having blackouts ( no electricity ) in this heat and people dieing because of it . I don't hear the President talking about what he's going to do to fix it . Our infrastructure is falling apart and who talks about the money to rebuild it . What happened to illegal immigrants . Hey , people pay attention to what is happening right here at home . When was the last time you heard a tough question about whats going on in this country .
Can't we think about more then one thing at a time . Enough with Israel , they are going to what they are going to do , but if the media floods the news with all this fighting then you can't think of anything else , that's important to us as a nation .
I 'm not watching the news anymore , it's crazy .

i agree with you on one point only ,, that there is some news which has been forgotten and not focused on during the last which is wrong , but i think the major event now is what's goin on Lebanon .. if ppl like you are fed up with whats goin there then who will be there for the ppl who are dieing the Lebanese civilians and kids not just kids also babies ,, those ppl deserve to live too ,, the way Americans should ..

There is a degree of truth here, but it is the news media that is defining the what is the primary news stories.

That said, Israel has the right to defend itself, but if this continues this effort has the possibility of drawing the entire middle east into it. It is important.

you're surely correct that we've a range of of topics right here. And purely look at our reaction to Katrina! What a crying shame! We couldn't take care of our own! that is hard for a wide organization to regulate nimbly to the threats we are dealing with in the present day. yet do not overlook, we've a way of existence that others favor to eliminate....it is what "huge brother" is calling for-terrorist between us-and likewise what those wars are all about. Others favor to eliminate our correct to trust the way we choose. they trust we'd want to continuously be like them. That, to me, is a crucial difficulty for u . s . to look after-the safe practices and perseverance of our man or woman rights, and with any success a similar rights of each and every man or woman. those rights are the essence which will influence each and every man or woman, and the denial has the aptitude to reason large damage.
