What r the Minimum Equipments required to start a Call Centre Business? Is this Business Profitable?

(Planing to start one. Has some knoweledge in computer.)

First of all some good money to manage for atleast one year without profits..

then office space, furnitures, computers, network connections, Human Resource including experienced and training ppl.. etc..
