What are you thinking to even consider this. Of course it is going to encourage underage sex. Why do you think he wants his girlfriend to sleep over? Do you really think they are gonna work on a school project? Play video games all night? Wake up and smell the parental responsibility and tell this kid the answer is not just NO it's Hell No

What do the girl's parents say? Does she have their permission? (I bet she does NOT). You really should contact them - after all, if your son and his girlfriend are having sex, you 4 might be grandparents together, soon.
You aren't going to be able to stop your son and his gf having sex if that's what they want to do, but you can be proactive and create a safe place for them to experiment, and MAKE SURE HE'S USING CONDOMS regardless of what the girlfriend "says" she's using.

I think you should talk to your son and tell him the consequences of having sex early. Explain to him that its just fine to have a girlfriend but he should know that having sex in his early age might give him responsibilities that he can't handle yet.

Ok encourage ur son to do it but using condom. permit him to watch sex movies and books regarding sex to gain knowledge abt that. but permit him to do it using condoms compulsorily with his grl frnd dont forget that.

no its not....im 13 and i have had sleep overs with my boyfriend meany times but my mum olny says yes under one condision
he has to sleep in a different room with is cool anyway
i no its hard but trust him tell him you trust him thats why you are saying yes to the sleepover thaat way if they do do anything he will no he is breaking your trust.
i no you think it will lead to sex....but i dont think he wantys his 1st time to be at his house with him mum at home
