I adore Jack. I think all that rum got to him and that's why he walks and runs the way he does. That, however, does not stop me from adoring him.

He looks funny. I don't think his teeth are something to emulate, because they seem strange. Indeed, his gait is somewhat nice, but I think many people walk like that. However, his manner of speaking is quite nice. Indeed, Jack Sparrow is an interesting fellow.
