Well as far as I know, the FIFA made a commitee which had a lip-reader and a translator, what their report was Materazzi told Zidane that " You belong to a religion of terrorists (cause he is Muslim), and he gave bad words to Zidane's mother and sister which I can't share cause they are too vulgar.

all that we know was that zidane said that materazzi said some about his mother and sister. but materazzi said he didnt said anything about his mother. and both comfirmed it was not anything racists. other then that no one knows. there was many lipreads saying different stuff but you cant believe them because none of their stories even come close to matching the others.
