I think that, when equal clothing is required (e.g., in the office), women are better off. I think there has been plenty of research pointing that women are more comfortable (more productive) when they work at a slightly higher temperature than men (I think it was like 3 or 4 degrees centigrade). Ergo, my conclusion.
Of course, if there is an air conditioner, things get back... I almost prefer if it were hot in our office (but then, we are just under the roof, and the heat is too cruel).

Women are as we look better in the summer as we get a nice tan and dont have mood swings as we love the weather

Women if a bloke works in an office he still has to wear a shirt and tie women get away with a lot more

emm.. supposed to be that women have a higher body temp and because the have more body fat are less likely to cope well in the heat
but we get on with it - boys complain
