I did not understand your question but what I think if I am right then follow this.

Click on My computer
Or direct click on Control panel
Click on Folder options
A window will appear
Click on View Tab
Scroll down and locate View File and folder
Check radio button: Show all files and folder(this English could be differ as I have Japanese windows)

I think this will help you. But later un check radio button otherwise you can delete important files.

you are the third person that are asking about not being a Folder option.

You have been Infected by a Virus. so first you must update you antivirus if you are using Mcafee 10 so it won't find the virus. you can clean and delete the virus by avast antivirus of Mcafee 8 Enterprise (May be Norton but I haven't check it).

Then you can now Restore your system By Windows System Restore Program. You can find the System Restore Program in

Start Menu -> Programs ->Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore

I hope it will work if any problem contact me at fatah4ever@yahoo.com or abdul-fatah@hotmail.com

Enjoy your life!!!!!!!!!!
