The only way i dealt with it was to see the positive in things and get out there and start enjoying yourself with friends, even if you don't feel like it. Surround yourself with the people that make you happy and laugh. There is never a good time to have a broken heart but rather it be in summer than winter.thats prob way more depressing.
Make yourself feel good, get your hair, nails done etc and go and show the world what they have been missing. You won't be ready for another relationship right away but flirting and banter with guys will do your confidence the world of good. I really feel for you cos i had my heart smashed into pieces 6 weeks ago.....at the time everyone said 'oh give it time' and when you feel how you do now you think that you'll never be happy again, and hate hearing that same comment. But i assure you time is the best healer, it gets easier and easier to deal with. Good luck sweetie.x

I am afraid you can never mend a broken heart just you get used to the feeling. But regardless of what your future holds your memories will always cause you pain. Keep busy and get on with your life and the pain will fade. Good Luck x

Broken heart cannot be mended, like a broken glass, even if mended there will be scars left behind.

By keeping yourself busy. Find a new guy that compliments you all of the time and then eventually your head will be so big from all of the compliments that you won't have time to focus on why your heart was broken in the first place.

Time. Sometimes a broken heart doesn't mend, but with time it'll change.

Time is the best healer for every thing but, when three's such a situation then one should not have alchohol or any other drugs.
He/she should concentrate on other family members and relatives because he/she owes them also some thing in the life.
Life is colour full with lots of colours in it and millions of people to meet so go ahead and find out the better one then the previous one be the healer of yourself and you will learn the life how to live.

The only way I know is to let yourself cry when you feel the need ,try and keep busy ,go out with friends and do the things you always wanted to do but keep putting off you will soon see life gos on with out the other person and there is a lot you can do yourself that you thought you needed someone to be beside you for and then you will wake up happy for no reason and that's when you know you have gotten through it

Find activities which will keep you busy and make you forget the problems you have.Try to be in company of loving friends all the time and find a replacement for the heart breaker.

time heals all wounds, but there are some things you can do to help pass the time, like be good to yourself. what ever you do dont punish yourself thats easy to do when we hurt, very important not to do that. instead pamper yourself feel sorry for yourself some but not for too long because then it will turn into self pitty and that is so unattractive , then your will be in a rut so to speak. remember to live well thats the best thing you can do.
