how do you do it? how could you explain it?

I have tried to bend forks and spoons with my mind.
It did not work.
I have concluded:
1. My mind is not trained to do that
2. My mind cannot do it
3. It cannot be done.

I did not have Uri Geller next to me. Maybe this is why it did not work.

Below are a few sites on this matter. I could not find the site featuring Great Randi's argument and demonstration.
