after it comes on my screen that ''A copy of Geniune you are using is not Geniune'' how to get rid of that help me please

u will see an icon in the taskbar ( right bottom corner ). a blue star icon. right click on it, click on CHANGE NOTIFICATIONS. a web page will be displayed there u can disable this notification. the icon will remain, but the message while booting will disappear

it's simple if u r using dual boot log into the other os and go to the xp installation drive. if not log in safe mode / command mode and go to windows directory and search for 2 files starting with wga*.* (one is .dll file and other is .exe (wgatray.exe, wga.dll I guess). delete them and restart the system. ur problem will be solved 100%. no need to turn of the updates nor to download any softwares. after restarting u'll get the latest updates as usual. if u get the message again (u'll) do the same. all the best.
