Learn something new, get into something. I always find making something cheers me up.

Listen to your favourite music. Loud, or in headphones and immerse youself in it and stop thinking about what is getting you down.

Do some exercise. Yoga, or a run.

go shopping, treat ur self too something u wouldnt buy coz its well expensive and have fun in the sun. eat lots of ice cream and have a bbq and have friends round. have a laugh and eat more ice cream. ahve fun. i feel down. ive been shopping and had ice-cream but it might work for u not me. hope it helps hehe.

Exercise really helps. if you play sports go out and play it makes you feel a lot better. alternatively eat ice cream until your brain freezes completely, then you won't really care about feelin down, you'll concentrate on trying to warm up your head.

you should drink or eat something that makes you go hyper or why don't you go out wid mates and shop .. lol
just do anything run around screaming and giggle a lot alwsys works for me lol
but i do go hyper alot
just enjoy yourself and get out there and do something useful or fun

put on a short skirt and skimpy top, go out and drink lots of alcopops. Guaranteed fun.
