I am an Aries and I always go red, about anything even if its not embarressing! My friend who is also an Aries has the same thing. Do any aries have the same problem? Is there a connection between my star sign and the fact i go red?

Aries also rules the head and face.
The planet Saturn rules skin.
So maybe you have an aspect in your natal chart between Mars and Saturn.
