Normal sperm count is at least 20 million, according to most sources today, although a few years ago, many considered 50 million to be the minimum for normal. However, even with sperm counts as low as 2 million, some men have impregnated their wives. There is just no way to know how long it will take you whether you decide to go with natural or medication.

If you had a low sperm count, be sure to have it retested. The lab may have made a mistake, or it may have just been a bad day for sperm. It is usually suggested that you take 3 tests, each at least a week after the previous one. If they all come back bad, at least you know for sure.

If you drink, take drugs (legal or otherwise), smoke, or drink caffeinated beverages, give them all up (talk to a doctor before stopping a required prescription drug). This isn't *likely* to help much, but it might.

Heat is the enemy of sperm. If you wear tight underwear or pants, switch to a looser style. Take lukewarm baths or showers. And avoid spending time in hot environments. (I've seen it suggested--don't know if it works--that if you *have to* be in a hot place, put a bag of ice in your underwear to keep the testicles cool.)

This product does make you come more and does sort of rope out for quite a bit. Try it and sit back and let it fly! Pro Largentsize has not any side effect. Because it is a herbal product. My sperm account increase so many. I order it from w-w.manenhancer.c*c-om

The answerer above gave great advice, I just want to address one thing. Low sperm count will not make your child abnormal. It just makes it harder for your partner to get preggers.
