I would suggest that you check your outlook for any specific rules and alers that have been created which is deleting mails may be based on size or number of days old...
You can do this by opening ur outlook goto the tool bar 'Tools'-->Rules and Alerts. Check here if any rules have been defined, if so remove the rules or disable the same.
Cheers

Usually the system will tell you when you last logged in (so you can make sure it was YOU who logged in, the last time it stated).
Also check you have no SPAM or FILTER rules setup in your email, that has been automatically removing your messages!
....To be safe, also, change your EMail Password to a new one, or make a new account (incase someone else IS going into your account and messing with your emails)! << If all else fails, that would solve the problem.

Maybe someone with more tech experience will answer this, however when I had problems which were too difficult to resolve with outlook express, I just downloaded Thunderbird and have found it to be a better programe to use anyway!
Good Luck

If you are using Outlook go to the Drop down menu
Tools>Message Rules>Mail
check that you don't have any rules that are to broad. They may be detecting a string that is in almost all you incoming mail.

1. Check whether you have configured any delivery rules or not.
Check Tools --> Rules Wizard.
2. Check with your administrator is there any limit on your inbox folder.
3. Try to create a personal mail file (.pst) Select New --> Personal Folders File. And then route all your mails to this .pst file.
