I would do both. If you're working full time and have to because you can't afford to work part time, then continue working. In addition go to school part time. You can take online classes and maybe classes that meet in the classroom. Although, it only takes 12 hrs to be a fulltime student which is only 4 classes. However, if you can work part time, I'd try to take more classes, like 15 hrs or even 18 based on what level in school you are. Increasing your qualifications is a plus because it's becoming MORE and MORE competitive in the workforce! TRUST ME!! However, usually for most, not working isn't feasible because then you can't afford to live.
There are also certain jobs out there that REQUIRE a college degree to even be considered!!
GOOD LUCK!

I'd say both. The more skills and courses you undergo is always a plus to your resume. But make sure you have enough time allocated for studies since it might affect your work. If you can afford to study first even without a full time job, then by all means study. But if not, work, even part-time and study whatever it was you wanted to study.

You can have both. Work at daytime and get a master's degree at night time. It will surely increase your qualifications.
