If it is fresh blood, rinse it with very cold water, it'll come right out. If it has been sitting, I recommend Shout or any other reputable stain remover.

Soak in cold water with lots of salt in it before the blood dries. Scrub the salt into the stain. Wash normally in cold water.

Peroxide is really good for blood stains.
