I work with a few nurses that are from the Phillapines and they all hate it in the US. They are paid a lot less then the other nurses. Most of them are home sick, too

Don't worry about what you can't do. Do what you can! That's why they have supervisors, to sort out the assignments. They won't put you in a ward with fifteen three-hundred pound men to walk ten times a day.
You have passion for nursing, that is what will make the difference for you. That itself will overcome any obstacle you perceive. Just be confident it what you know and care about, people. You will be a wonderful nurse and you'll make a difference for a multitude of people over the course of your career. Just do it! We need you!
When you say "abroad" which countries do you mean?

See here my wife is 4'11'' ,filipina & petite. She is also a RN working in a local hospital. Don't worry about size. Size doesn't matter it's how you go about being the great nurse that you know you really are. Remember when you work in the hospital setting you are a team member. Not just you.
