Sakura is more tacticle but Sasuke is too strong if he taps into the power of the curse mark from oroitchmaru

Sasuke would win because of his sharingan techniques. The only way he would fight Sakura is if it was necessary to win in the tournament, if he let the curse he has overcome him, or if she stood in the way of him killing his brother.
