I really think the best way is talking to a professional about it. Being so young, losing sleep can cause you problems in school, etc.

Wow! Heavy stuff!
There is nothing that you can do to actually get this stuff out of your brain/memory. You have been through it.
Some people will recommend you distract yourself to try and forget it (but suppressing it will only cause it to surface in dreams or in other ways as you now know) and this is a fairly superficial way of dealing with this heavy stuff.
I believe you actually need to work through this stuff.
I think you will need a bunch of good friends you can trust or a therapist you can confide in. I think it will help to talk about this stuff with your friends/therapist and be able to vent your feelings - express your anger, cry, break things etc.
Some sort of creative medium is a good and healing thing too - pottery or paint, sculpture or music ... pencil drawing, poetry writing
... something you can create and destroy and create and create with
Good luck ... I see some tough steps on the road ahead.

Surround yourself with people who love you and who know the whole story of what happened.
Talk as much as you can , to friends, family, guidance councillor, your pastor or if you don't have one go to any church there will always be someone contactable to listen and help. I hope all this sorts itself out soon 4 you. Best of luck

Randi is correct. Start by talking to the school guidance counselor. They might be able to refer you to someone who can help you in this situation. You may even try you family doctor. He/she can refer you to help. I hope all gets better for you, and God Bless.

talking about it is always good, maybe you could write in a journal before you go to sleep, or reading a story, a simple, silly story like Dr. Suess or something to make you laugh.

OMG!! Did you see what Edna wrote? She might be the real one.
I'm still going to make fun of her anyway.
