Complete satisfaction is dull,no motive for living,i am not and i am willing to strive and struggle because glory comes when you fall and rise again, not when you're satisfied and can never rise again...

Hmmm... this may not make sense but I am content but not satisfied. I am content since I have a wonderful family life with a hardworking husband and a cute baby girl. But I'm not completely satisfied which just drives me to become a better person and to strive to have an even better life for my family. It is this feeling of unsatisfaction that motivates me to do more.

No.

My boss plays favorites with the "new guy" only giving him the projects that are prime. This "new guy" went to the same college as him. My boss also fails significantly in the communication department - noone knows the full story but him. It's a power game, and he likes it that way.

I'm currently seeking alternative employment.

Only dead can be satisfied in their current position or condition.

Yes, very. I teach English to children in Japan and I find it very satisfying. It is so lovely to watch them grow and learn and be able to change their lives, go out into the world and, in time, maybe become a force for change themselves.
