are you stressed? when you are stressed, your body makes yo uget more tummy fat.
so first of all, reduce carb intake (eat carbs, just eat tehm mostly in the morning and after noon, not at night). dont' eat ANYTHING past 7pm. do aerobics in front of the tv for about 40-60 minutes a day, in which you basically twist your body around the torso area.
sit ups can help, just make sure you do a lot of cardiovascular to keep it up.
anorexia will make you more fat. the body, in a state of starvation, will make you lose weight slower, and gain weight faster because of metabolism changes.
so chill out and watch some tv to do aerobics.

Good way to reduce weight is running and for the tummy do sit up and reduce sugar intake this will help you.

I know you may not want to hear this, but the secret to weight loss is simple....
Eat Less / Exercise More.
Eating less will help you avoid putting on more weight.
Exercising more will help your body to stay firm and fit.
It's that simple, but it involves willpower and discipline and work and most don't want to go that route. They'd rather chant a magical incantation or have surgery!

weell i guess exercise is the best,try laying down all straight and pick ur head and body till ya stomach,and try eating light food,salats..etc,avoid junk food
