I feel total freedom, whether asking or answering, because I don't like to get gross or obscene, anyway.
I feel freer in here than I would if we used our real identities, although there are some questions I don't answer because I don't want to tell too much about myself in such an open forum.
(Some people don't feel that they have total freedom, because they can't get as gross as they would like, to show us all how clever they are.)

Apparentyly not if there are rules & guidelines. Total freedom is just that - no rules, so there are barriers. People can also report you for whatever they want based on their perception. So no, i dont feel we have total freedom.

I agree with supa_fly64, even still there are some things people may not be able to ask within regulations, even if you are anonymous.
