Im living with my uncle's family when studying abroad, my aunt got a probem 1 yr ago, and she had an ECT. From there, I always feel headache (using advil each week), I just want to surf internet, and waste time, I still study well but i dont want to work anymore. My uncle has to do many things, I just look at him, I really want to help him, buttttt dont want to do anything.

My mentor tells me that there are no lazy people. Only people who do not know where they are going and why they are doing certain things.

Perhaps you are unsure of how much your uncle needs you to help or why you should help him... are you close to your uncle or even your aunt?

Or perhaps you do not feel that helping your uncle with things that he is doing is the best way to help him?

Do you want to help your uncle? If you do, you might want to ask him what can you do to help him and just do it. Sometimes you just need to take action first and get into the momentum.

My experience is that people who are concerned about the well being of others and truly care about helping others rarely have time to feel stressed or depressed :)

I'm pretty much have the same stituation as you =D
Uhm, at least you still study well.......Situations create how a person in moral and appearence....I been through this .There was the time when i locked myself in the room, don't eat, don't talk, don't even want to do anything and had been thought about suicide........yeapp....
Just don't think too much into it, If you leave it alone it won't be as bad, thinking too much will just make matters worse and from experience, I know that if you take it lightly, it will be fine. Oh yeah... by the way, yeah giving advice is one thing and doing it is another thing... :(
But now , when I really felt that way I should type it somewhere to get rid of stuff inside of me, and not be too overwhelmed.... go xipam in TNK....
aniwai....take care mem...
PS: this is the second time i typing it....

I was feeling the same way. I went to the doctor and they said that I was stressed and depressed. I said no way! But they put me on some meds and told me to take 3 multi vitamins a day. 4 weeks later now, I feel like a different person.
I had nothing to be depressed about so I thought. But today I feel so much better.

I felt the same way two years ago and it was my Thyroid (hyper),
This can be a big problem in people there are 2 kinds hyper and hypo. It just takes a simple blood test at the doctor's office to see if your thyroid is working properly. Get checked out and get back to feeling like yourself.

What is your goal? find a goal, may be just a small one, just one little thing, achieve it...and experience how this feels...it feels good! doesn't it? determine you next goal, a bit bigger, but still very small...complete it too.. but take you time, than reward yourself..oh boy, you're not lazy anymore...may be still stressed, so sit on the coach and think of a white wall for 3 minutes...ok determine you next goal....now you're really going somewhere, achieving your goals and taking time to relax...how do you feel?
