With relationships your will be more lonely. When the relationship is broken what is the question you gonna ask here?
So forget about having relationships to overcome the loneliness.
You can so many things to come out of it. Go and do some social service works. Read books etc.

The best way to get a friend is to be a friend. From your question I'm not sure if its friendship you're after or boy-meets-girl.
Do you have any hobbies or interests? Join a club where you can find people with the same interests.
Lastly, don't try too hard. Just be relaxed, generous and interested in other people. These are all attractive characteristics. You'll find people will want to be your friend

first you have to sort out being lonely - if you are it is a state of mind and has nothing to do with relationships....you can even be lonely in a relationship....
if you are not lonely with yourself anymore love will come

Join a club or get a job that involves working with other people of your age. There are always voluntary organisations or churches looking for help.
