The No Child Left Behind Act was a bipartisan bill, not a Bush administration concept. Bush signed the bill into law. Its a failure yet everyone acts like this was Bush's idea. Just to silence the liberals before they begin, Ted Kennedy was a key player in this bill. This was a breakdown on BOTH sides.

Most people blame Bush for because they believe everything others tell them without actually looking at the facts. Anytime anyone blames Bush for the No Child Left Behind I tell them the truth.

Living human kind were at loss with little children all being left behind with time and stranded at the graveyards of the past with ghost stories.
Were at loss in mastering our creator's universal communication system in the new universal language.
Were at loss with misinterpretation and miscommunication and communication failures on planet earth.

It wouldn't have happened without Republican, especially Bush's, pressuring it to get it through.

Argument, valid research-based issues contraindicated by the original bill, etc. were squashed very quickly and heavily, mostly by Republicans, with the immediate attack of "so you don't believe in our children?"

Because the Liberal media has the masses conned into beliving everything is Bush's fault.
