want to send sms to my friends mobile through yahoo but i dont know process b'coz i m new user.

It actually is best done to send an email if you simply know what service they are using. For instance if they are using verizon wireless, your email address would be Phonenumber@vtext.com

Get login in Yahoo Messanger
Click on Messanger Tab {Note There will be two tab Messanger and Address Book Select Messanger Tab}
You will Find Add,IM Text,Chat Select Text
Enter Phone Number in To Field
Type What ever you wish to type 151 Characters only
Click Send Button
If unable to send Check that your Friends Mobile number is Yahoo's Recognized Number or Not
In India Airtell Works Well

If you're already at Yahoo Chat, right click through his Yahoo id, then select send SMS.
Consider also using CHIKKA, which can send instantaneous SMS.
