am stuck, if am to play a song in Key C what exactly are the chords one must follow............also A, D and so on! thanks

Many of us grew up never learning to read music. We played by ear. The key of "C" has three basic chords in it... C, F and G7th. With those three you can play a great number of songs but you have to trust your ear to tell you which chord should be played when. Good luck

i don't understand your question...i play the piano. the key letters are the same in C as in F or G or whatever. abcdefg and they just repeat all the way up the piano....
