a myth or fact?

1) most people in the middle east (particulary arab countires) stronlgy believe that if you get out of your house right after taking a shower/bath, you will get sick with the cold!
2) also in arab countries, they tend to blame air condtioning for stomach cramps/ache!

thats only the tip of the iceberg guys! am an arab myslef and am not trying "lump all arabs in one basket" however, am just trying to get to the bottom of this. other cultures have far worse superstitions like the far east or latin america.

It is so true ! If you eat an AC Unit you Will have severe stomach cramps and maybe even die. Do not do it !
You should not go out of your home for 3 days after taking a bath. Germs are attracted to that fresh , clean smell. Wait until you regain your natural aroma before venturing out in a germ polluted world.

when u bath u body temperature lower then the surrounding but after u suddenly leave ur house the sudden change in the enviroment can cause alot of problem

It could be true. My husband is Egyptian and he has made these same allegations. LOL.
