Depends on what you are listening to, but yeah, it definitely affects driving. Drive to hard rock/heavy metal, a person tends to drive faster (my son), whereas on the opposite end, I listen to country and I prefer to be one of those out cruising and singing along. Listen to something soft, buddy, you better have some dang good insurance because you are gonna be in La-La land soon! But, ya know....music, regardless of what type you listen to, affects everyone differently....with the exception I think of heavy metal.

Its effect depends upon the place where one is driving on. May prove disturbing at crowded place, entertaining, vigour boosting and soothing at open and beautiful places. It also depends on how sensitive one's mond is to melodies of music.

There is nothing more soothing than sound out of ur speakers while driving, specially if the road is long & winding with the wind behind your ear.

not for me...whether i'm listening to some old jazz...Leonard Cohen or Pantera...i usually drive a consistent 80-90mph on the hwy....unless slowass mofos be in my way :)
