Shy at First?
Babies in general have an incredible trust in people. Only later they learn that there are differences.

We are all programmed one way or the other, when we go through life and grow up. Our communication and contact with others normally starts with talk.

Not being heard as a child, being asked to be quiet when there were important questions, may cause the feeling in the child that what s/he has to say is insignificant.

This may leave a feeling in the child that everyone would think so, and only when this is proven not to be true by more contact with nice people, this lack of self esteem diminishes.

May be you try to make contact by putting one hand on the shoulder of someone, if this helps you.

You may want to use the Bio*Chakra Light MeditationTM to erase an unpleasant experience of any nature that may have contributed to your initial shyness.

You will find instructions for the Bio*Chakra Light MeditationTM for free at http://www.biochakra.com
Click Hilites, click Archives at the bottom of the current Hilite, then click Spiritual Energies, Predictions & the Bible and you will find the instructions.

Wishing you a happy and self confident life!
