They have these wart removing things in the grocery market. It's Dr. Scoll's the guy with the shoe thing. He has other things too like the wart removing thing. It shouldn't be too hard to find, ask someone who works there if you need too.

They're caused by a virus. I had food poisoning/stomach viruses from meat a few times when I was younger, which I think was the source of my warts. I used to have some on my left hand. I tried different over the counter medicines, but nothing worked. The only thing that got rid of them was having a doctor freeze them off. It's liquid nitrogen that is used, if I'm not mistaken.

there are a few ways to do it.
in a typical drug store, there's a product that are basically disks of sarycylic acid that you put on the wart directly. this may help a bit.
doctors sometimes try to cut it down a bit, and then freezing it using liquid nitrogen. this sometimes works.
warts are like a common cold, except not particularly uncomfortable other than the cosmetic side of it. they come and go, but there's no certain "cure" yet.
DON'T, however, pick at it. it is a grounds for infection.

I had heaps of warts as a kid, tried everything - then tried a banana peel (white side down) with a band aid for 3 days. A week after I took it off it disappeared - no scaring and no return of warts. Will get itchy and try not to get it wet but works. Have tried it on my own girls and worked for them too. Good luck!

My son told me before and I got this from the web:-
Warts:
Those keen on natural alternatives swear that, if you
want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on
the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place
with a plaster or surgical tape!

2 words "girlfren": LIQUID NITROGEN
Trust me, I've been there before... DON'T REMOVE THE HEAD!!! That will increase your chances of spreading. You need to freeze the roots, THEN it'll be history.
In 48hrs then you can be all "Warts? I've never had warts, what are you talking about?"

see a dermatologist about it.she/he may perform a procedure known as cauterization, or he/she may ask you to apply a cream for it, either way, see a dermatologist about it.
