Semen characteristics differ from person to person, simply because each person has different habits and eats different stuff. Although an article in www.jackandthebeanstack.com mentioned that some parts of semen may have sweeter semen because of the component from the seminal vesicle which is high in sugar will be slightly sweeter. According to another source, www.qaskalice.columbia.edu says that semen usually tastes warm and salty inside your mouth.
The taste of semen is indeed unique and liking it would be an acquired taste.
