Try walking for about half an hour a day and skipping too. It helped me, hope it helps u too.

Jenny Craig...I lost 20lbs in like 5 weeks!!! and I still snuck in my little snacks here and there!!
But the only bad thing is that it is expensive!!

eat less cabo food (more vege and fruits) and daily brisk walking for an hour. 3 months to show result.

crunches..sit ups...n leg lifts..every night..trust me it will help..n eat breakfast...n eat dinner early..n eat a light dinner..n again i say trust me..
