Gravity is described by current gravitation theory as curvature in space-time. So, indeed, gravity affects time measurements. For example, the GPS measurements are made with corrections to the Earth gravity. Strong effects may be near black holes.
I agree with one of answers in that you should explain what you mean by 'anomaly'.

Yes, time anomalies exist in the shower! Doesn't matter how hard you try, it could take anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, and you wonder where the time flew! :)
Since Einstein was silly enough to use light as his measuring tape, he would say "yes". Light is more easily influenced by it's surroundings than a rebellious teenager. Depending on who's theories you use, yes & no.
Then, again, God invented time, he is omnipresent, can go back & forwards in time, therefore "yes".
OK, that's 3 yeses, you're right, it must be true.

Is the time that changes due to Gravity(or diametre of our[where else r we interested] planet)
BUT everything changes and WITH 'em, we change too.
Our brain functions change and so we cannot understand that time has changed in REALITY(the day period in the last 50 yrs has reduce with an analogy of 24hrs/day then and 16Hrs/day Now...)
The effects of this r STRESS,CONTINUS lack of time
BUT also AWAKING of our spirit and Mind...
Because its has changed its basic Function Freequency
from ~7hrz it went ~13hrz!!
from sleep stage to awaked stage!!
Now if u asking for Stargates ask Alexander the great or Desert/Summer Storm..Hahaha,I believe that is more posible to take an answer by the Former than by Military Missions...

Gravity is a force; time is a measurement.
Time does not influence anything.
