I had a guy do this to me - he could just NOT take a hint! In the end he actually gave me the perfect reason as he was asking me out. He said "I don't know if you're interested in someone else...." ~ I thought, BRILLIANT! I just told him, 'yes I'm kind of interested in someone else at the moment'. You don't have to lie, everyone is *interested* in someone else, it doesn't mean you're dating them. I didn't want to lie and have him find out later.
It worked for me anyway!

This is tricky one as you run the risk of losing her as a friend. But its a risk you need to take. Start off by telling her how much she means as a friend and you wouldn't want to lose that etc etc. Then move on to how only the truth is good enough between friends. At that point you need to explain to her that you just don't feel the same way about her that she feels about you. Thank her for the fact that she really likes you and say that you hope you'll continue to be real good friends.
Its all the truth, but the bitter pill is sandwiched between sweet truths.
If she's really smitten with you, she will be upset for a while...but hopefully she'll appreciate your honesty later.

Just be honest... its unfair of her to keep pestering you in this way and to be honest this is not how a good friend treats another.
Just tell her, that you are not interested and that its starting to annoy you a bit.... and that you know she's only having a bit of fun, but you just want to be friends.

Tell her emphatically that you want her as a friend and nothing else. Let her know that her constant pestering is pushing you away from her. Be firm and do not give her mixed messages.

Just tell her that you would rather have her as a friend than a girlfriend. If she is a really good friend she will want to keep that friendship going, if not then I would end the friendship all together.

Tell her the truth. That you are not interested her. She will be upset but you know what is being a true friend, is telling the truth even if your friend will not like it.
