Oh my god, f**k thats got to hurt! why the hell would anyone consider that! Fair play to who ever asked, if thats what u want go for it, but I'd rather give birth to a 20lb baby than have that...........ouch!

I googled it and the first thing I got was

Its when a baggage handler throws something on top of your luggage in the hold and if you have a cheap bag, "bingo" suitcase piercing.

Yeah its a piercing that goes from the vaginal cavity to the anal cavity. Most piercers won't do this piercing because it carries alot of risk such as peritonitis
