Well its not that we as a people need them its more like an inspiration to the people to say not matter your back ground,life style, if you were the geek or the farm boy type that anyone can make a difference. Also that you can never really judge a book by its cover cause you never know who they really are underneith everything. They are more of a guiding light from a time when the country really need something bigger then them selves to look up to for encouragement to push and maintain through adversity despite how great the hardship was.

Fictional or Real, the world needs hero's. It's a part of our nature to want someone at certain times to save us or others from troubles.

I just think that it reflects the thoughts&minds of some people that one could play a vital role of sth.and also change sth. by his strong arms:)It's natural to most of us cause it could show our bavery,courage&initiative..
