I've been through a lot over the last year, a finalized divorced, in and out of court for visitation and child support, loss of a job, finishing the last year of a masters degree program, boyfriend locked up for 6 months out of this year, major trust issues with fiance. All these things in 2006. Serious replies only please. Thank you.

Well the expression is not as accurate as saying signs of having a "wac attack"
THE SIGNS ARE DIFFERENT, go see a counselor, talk to them, It sounds like you are taking on a lot of stress,

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF STRESS,
if you shut down, can't concentrate, eat, sleep , or function as you want to, you are going thru- ? A terribel time, if you think of suicide, or awful endings, you must get help. Always pray, and include God in your life and this will help.
The most importand thing i want to say is :THIS WILL PASS, HANG ON, and congradulate yourself for getting thru the bad times, and remember, it goes with life, and timing sucks sometimes,
Just concentrate on "what you want", AND who you are and who you will continue to be, remember this will pass, and you will be wiser, stronger, and eventually new situations, will knock on your door, that is part of life,

good luck, say your prayers, and you will feel more calm,

Well maybe you shouldn't have so much clutter in your life. A criminal bf, a fiancee, school, kids and a husband? Talk about your overload. Your problem is that you took too much on. You should have just concentrated on the kids and the divorce and the education then worried about another man after all that was settled. Doesn't sound like you chose too well anyway. What is a girl with a masters degree doing with someone who gets locked up for 6 months? I think you could feel a lot better real quick by simplifying your life some for a while. Just be with yourself and get your life established, then when you meet a good guy who adds something good to your life (not stress, worry and trust issues) you start seeing him. As for signs and symptoms check webmd. Don't mess with this stuff it can take you YEARS to recover once it gets a hold of you so do something to destress real quick and take care of yourself.

Take care and stay calm which will lower your stress level.
This is part and parcel of the life cycle one goes thru.
In life one either lose or win.
The day will come and things will be resolved.
