I went there in June this year, and i loved it. The hotel entertainment and most things are aimed at Germans but its a great hotel. The food was nice, plenty of choice. There were 2 swimming pools, the one on the second floor was better because it had a bit of a breeze, the downstairs one was just too hot.
Some reviews on it:

The staff are all friendly, and can speak many languages. We actually went out with the bar staff on a few nights out and they were really nice.
They have a section of the beach and if you are all inclusive you can get soft drinks there. The brauhaus attached to the hotel also has the nicest lager u have ever tasted.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and i would love to go back again.
My travel pages on it, including some photos of the hotel:

Sorry, I couldn't find their website. There is a website for Yasmine Hammamet itself though. It just gives a quick little overview of the city and what it has to offer. http://www.yasmine.com.tn/anglais/Welcome.html
I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself.

the climate isn't the wonderful interior the northern aspects of Tunisia in December so i'd stay far off from places like Skanes/Sousse and Hammamet. those places are greater helpful for the spring and summer season while it is warm and you'd be able to benefit from the seashores and nightlife. it will be empty and chilly and depressing in iciness. i'd enormously advise going to the south of Tunisia for Christmas because of fact the climate is so extreme high quality right this moment of 300 and sixty 5 days. Djerba is a robust determination. The desolate tract is captivating in iciness. you will the see camels, dates being harvested from palm timber, the waterfalls and sunsets at Chbika, and so on. The climate is desirable interior the south in iciness. you additionally can circulate to the cave properties in Matmata, the oasis in Tozeur, the markets, and so on. the wonderful inn in Djerba right this moment is the Radisson, yet its slightly expensive. there are a number of different motels in Djerba and Tozeur. all of them have events for brand spanking new Years Eve too in case you will nevertheless be in Tunisia then.
