Where are you now.Germany is a member of the european union So if you can legally enter anyone of these member countries,then your free to enter germany

If you are an American citizen, sure you can migrate to Germany. Just get a job with a company based there and then go get your self a passport and visa.

You could, but one suggestion:

the way you write does not look promising. To exist in Germany I guess you don't need it.

To be successful I would suggest that you read and write the langauage perfectly.

of course. all countries allow immigration, but there are often very difficult ways of obtaining your "naturalization" check with the local government's website and see what it takes to be a German!
