Okay, let me just say suppressing the appetite is
dangerous to your health. completely

I am in the Nutrition Field and i can tell you it
only promotes obesity and being overwieght.
Most diet pills contain stimulants which just kill
your adrenals.

If you want to truly lose weight you need to
a realistic and natural diet. Not some fad diet
but a way of eating that is natural to the body.
You also need to get your hormones checked
And i recommend doing this with a saliva
panel, it is the most accurate.

Most people dont realize that hormones
play a huge role in weight problems.
IN order to tackle it you need to tackle
your hormoness and get them back to
normal. To do this you need glandulars
(any health food store caries these)
and a product called PLUS by mannatech.
it is a nutracuetical that gives your body
tools to manufacture the hormones you need.

Also you need a good natural diet one
that is natural to the human body, and
supples all of what it needs.

Good luck to you-and please dont do the
diet pill route, youll only make it harder
for yourself.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

Hi, I don't know how much time you have to lose weight, or how much weight you have to lose, but if you've got time, you could try what I'm doing! I'm going to a naturopath doctor (I won't give his name out but i'm sure you can find one in your area who carries this product)... I am on neurotransmitter therapy, using a product called NeuroReplete. No harmful chemicals or other gimmicks. What it does do, as far as I can tell, is replenish amino acids in your body and brain and balance them out. You also need to eat a healthy diet, which your naturopath can assist you with putting together, and also exercise. I've been on this program for 3 weeks now and have lost 15lbs. For the first time in my entire life, I don't feel hungry! I never thought it was possible and was very skeptical at first but I was getting desperate - my weight has gotten so bad that I either need to lose alot of weight, or start taking insulin one of these days. I've researched it quite alot online because I'm leery of taking pills, but I can't find a single bad thing about it. Not only that, but I feel HAPPIER and MORE ENERGETIC!!!! Something I haven't felt in years. And I never thought I would know what it was like to feel full with a healthy, normal amount of food. I used to walk around STARVING all day long, but now, I find myself forcing myself to eat the bare minimum of calories a day. No more anxiety over food, no more struggling every time I walk past the fridge. I have probably a good year to go before I reach my goal weight, but I am confident that I can do it with this program. But I will warn you, the first week before it kicks in when you are still hungry.. is very hard. But then after about a week, it was like someone flipped a switch and I just stopped obsessing! The only disadvantage is, it's just a tad pricey, and you have to go see the doctor once a week to show him your food diary, discuss how you felt that week, weigh in, and every few weeks give urine samples to make sure that your amino acids are where they should be. But if you have the time and money, I HIGHLY recommend finding someone in your area who carries this product!

There are some selected ways to losing weight effectively and safely. Weight gain and loss are directly related to the balance between the calories you take in, such as your daily food and the calories you burn through daily activity and specific exercise, such as sports. The need to lose weight may have become a part of everyday life, but that hasn't made it an easy goal to achieve. We work at it and we struggle with it, that being said, it is very important to know that you can succeed. And the best way to ensure successful weight loss is to take advantage of the wide array of natural substances that are available over-the-counter.

Have you tried HUNZA VPlus?

It doesnt really curb your apptetite. Rather, it helps you feel less hungry by providing all the nutrients that you need so that your body will not send out signals for more food.

Lipodrene is the best and strongest without a prescription. It contains ephedra to increase metabolism and "real hoodia" to suppress your appetite. This is important, as 90% of the Hoodia being sold is fake! Read the report, "Beware - Fake Hoodia is Everywhere."

The same company that makes Lipodrene, also makes the strongest "real hoodia", it's called Hoodia-Pure.

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than people who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Beans, beans, are perfect for your heart, the more you consume the more you... lose pounds actually. Super-effective and full associated with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow the rate at which ones stomach empties, meaning you continue to be fuller for longer.
