The file size limits on attachments are usually put in place by the recipients' e-mail server. This is because allowing such huge file attachments can easily overwhelm an e-mail server's capacity if they have several thousand customers.
As far as I know, some e-mail sites such as yahoo provide larger e-mail space but not beyond 100Mb, also for the same reason.
My suggestion, establish a direct FTP connection to your recipient if you can't or won't send over a CD.

First of all, it's not smart to send that large of a file over email. Even if you found a service that would allow it, most people out there are on a service that won't be able to receive it.
It would be best for you to use a zipping program like WinZip or WinRAR to divide the file into smaller files. Then you can send them individually (say 10MB each time). The recipient can then use the same program to piece them back together.
The best option would be for you to find a free web hosting site or service that allows you to share files that big. Skip email altogether.
