I know I would be in support of the families,in defiance of trhe terrorists. I
remember the families still suffer. When 9.11 2001 happened I asked my husband how long it would take to forget. How long before jobs, money, vacations mattered more. I knew everyone suffered that day,it just seems unless it happened close to home the war has no meaning. It is all the making of one man in office voted in by the people. A person who finds they can't change anything unless others agree and vote, if you voted last time, then complain. I was really affected by the events of 9.11.01
I wanted to hold evryone who was there and tell them they were loved. I felt uncomfortable I lost no one directly ...yet I felt so much pain. I drew sketches of the day, wrote poetry, stories, saught out victims to support.

We Must Never Forget
~Though they be gone, they shall not be forgotten.
We can share your pain, but not truly comprehend your grief.
Know that we want so much to put it right, restore ,...
if only it were in our power.... And though it is important ,
nessessary to forgive, we must remember your pain to prevent,
this evil EVER happening again. We must not falter but
continue the fight for everyone to live in freedom & safety.
It is what all Free Societies Are Founded On. I want the lives
of every person to be remembered...to us who have been given
the priviledge of yet another day ,now live each as if it is our
first & our last. We must make each minute count~

Most likely, yes. The chances of another attack within 2 years of the completion of the "Freedom Tower" is unlikely. Certainly knowing the cost of living alone in NYC makes most people jitter, saving the $5,000/mo. rent for 2 years would absolutely make life easier over that time.

Having worked for 6 years in 2 WTC, I'll take my chances on the new building.

I vote for the cabin within the woods. It sounds so peaceable versus all of the frantic pastime within the town. The penthouse could be a luxurious and at ease however it isn't my cup of tea.

I think the WTC should be rebuilt EXACTLY as it was. but maybe 9 feet, 11 inches taller.
